This building was severely damaged by Hurricane Ike. Some of the work MRI performed includes the following.
• Removed and replaced the curtain wall system
• Removed and replaced the parking lot pavement
• Permanently shored up the cantilever sections
• Removed and replaced the sidewalks and curbs
This building is now ready for a new tenant finishes and occupancy.
