MRI was the general contractor for construction of this $7.3 million Medical Center in-fill property. Features of this project include the following.
• Two stories of concrete parking, one level below grade
• Four stories of 44 condominiums on parking structure
• Prefabricated walls for efficient and quality construction
• Managed the re-design for the underground utilities
• Framed and installed doors and windows
• Installed underground utility system
• Installed all site concrete work
• Paved the street after excavation
