When fire swept through the United Airlines World Headquarters office complex, MRI was called in to help manage the reconstruction, restoration and loss settlement process.
MRI was Program Manager for this $25 million renovation. MRI planned, and schedule the recovery work, and developed cost estimates for the insurance claim. MRI also qualified contractors, administered contracts, audited pay applications, managed the qc program and coordinated the asbestos and mold abatement work.
