Systems Are Upgraded To Comply With Current Codes
Engineering evaluation, coupled with the city-approved re-design drawings, established the need for additional life safety components, such as fire alarms and strobes to meet current requirements. The interior finishes were specified and estimated in detail to be of like kind and quality with respect to the original finishes for settlement purposes. Mercury then adopted a standardized line of colors and finishes to speed reconstruction and to reduce future maintenance costs.
