MRI received the emergency call from AON on Sunday afternoon to help with flooding of the Marmon Group’s Chicago office. The MRI Chicago Area Manager determined that drying, restoration and specialized electronic equipment cleaning was needed because a defective flush valve caused water to flood the offices. MRI evaluated the damage, developed the restoration and repair scopes of work and coordinated the subcontractors which reduced Marmon’s exposure and simplified the recovery process.
