Bayou on the Bend
This luxury apartment complex, sitting the banks of Buffalo Bayou, was damaged by Hurricane Ike. Not all the damage was immediately apparent and had to be identified in detail for the insurance claim. MRI provided the following services.

• Evaluation of pre and post storm photographs
• Evaluation of other post storm engineering reports
• Identification of interior damage
• Developed scope of repair specifications
The claim was settled in accordance with the insurance policy and the Owner implemented repairs to bring the facility back to pre-storm conditions.
